We are a law firm located in the heart of Charles Town, WV. We are a friendly office that offers a wide range of legal assistance to the community within the panhandle of West Virginia.

**Overview:**

To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in an office environment, be computer savvy and have the ability to handle a fast pace, ever-changing work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

- Schedule consultations

- Post office responsibilities

- Filing

- Fill in wherever you may be needed

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Dependable

-Flexible

-High School diploma

All potential candidates may have a credit and background check completed prior to hire. All employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
